Shipping Policy
Clothing and accessories will be shipped separately than figurines. All figurines within one order will arrive together in one package.
For figurines:
Processing time is 1-2 business days. All figurines are sent with USPS Priority Shipping within the United States for free of charge. Items may take 2-3 days to arrive and a tracking number is provided. Seasons of Growth holds no responsibility for delays while a package is in USPS' possession. Any items sent outside the United States may be subject to being held at customs for unknown amounts of time or may lose tracking status; Seasons of Growth holds no responsibility for either event.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply outside of the United States. Seasons of Growth is not responsible for delays due to customs.

For clothing and accessories:
Processing time is 2-5 business days. All countries outside the United States are subject to a flat $25 shipping cost per order. Items may take up to 5 days to arrive from the shipment date and a tracking number is provided. Orders may arrive in separate packaging depending on the items purchased. Any items sent outside the United States may be subject to being held at customs for unknown amounts of time or may lose tracking status; Seasons of Growth holds no responsibility for either event.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchange Policy
Each order will be individually handled for the best outcome.

For figurines:

In the event of dissatisfaction with a figurine, an exchange is available with the return shipping cost at the buyer's expense. A new figurine of the same value will be shipped out with the return shipping as the only cost. Any claims must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received from the "delivered/accepted" status on the corresponding tracking number.

Any figurines that arrive broken beyond repair will be replaced, no return shipping needed, with photos of the damaged package and figurine provided from the buyer. Any claims must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received.

​Seasons of Growth holds no responsibility for packages that are lost due to buyer's negligence, incorrect address provided by the buyer, or deemed "delivered" on the tracking statement.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted with photos within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact us at: SeasonsOfGrowthOnline@gmail.com

Any issues with misprinted/damaged/defective items, lost items, wrong-sized items, or incorrectly sent items will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Again, contact us within 15 days for resolution.
